of 1,000 American Airlines AAdvantage® miles, plus 4 miles
for every dollar spent on wine and merchandise cost through this
program. For miles to be awarded, member must provide their valid
AAdvantage account number at the time of purchase. The wine club
enrollment miles will be credited only after completion of first
paid shipment. AAdvantage miles will not be
awarded on any returned or credited shipments. Please allow up
to 8 weeks from the date of product shipment for miles to be posted
to your account. All wines are sold in California and
title passes to the buyer in California. The buyer is solely responsible
for the shipment of wines. By placing this order with us, you authorize
Vinesse, Inc. to act on your behalf in processing this order, including
engaging a common carrier to deliver it. Wines may be sold and
delivered only to persons who are at least 21 years of age and
in placing your order you represent to us that you are at least
21 years old. When your wines are delivered, the person receiving
delivery will be required to show identification proving that he
or she is at least 21 years of age. All offers are void where prohibited
by law and void to everyone under 21 years old. Partner
offers subject to the terms and conditions of each individual offer.

may be shipped into any state.
Vinesse reserves the right to reverse the issuance of miles on transactions that were returned or credited. Enrollment miles not valid on gift memberships. Must be an active member for at least 21 days to receive enrollment miles. Only one enrollment bonus per household. |

to change AAdvantage program rules, regulations, travel awards and
offers at any time without notice, including the right to, among
other things, (1) modify or cancel any award or offer,
(2) change program benefits, mileage levels or rules related to mileage
credits or travel awards, or (3) add embargo dates, limit award travel
seat availability, or otherwise restrict travel awards or offers. American
may make these changes even if use of accumulated mileage credits or
awards is affected. The accumulation of mileage credits does not entitle
members to any vested rights. American further reserves the right to
end the AAdvantage program upon six months notice. AAdvantage travel
awards, mileage accrual and special offers are subject to government
regulations. American is not responsible for products or services offered
