About Chardonnay
Relatively easy to grow in a variety of locations. Consistently produces some of the world's great white wines. Complex, full, rich and fruity with soft edges and moderate acidity. Offers rich and intense fruit flavors of apple, fig, melon, pear, peach, pineapple, along with creamy yeast spice, honey, butter and hazelnut flavors.

I missed the wine, and Im very pleased to be back the wine was great.,
Although I usually like spicy hearty red wines this wine is too pepper and has a distinct alcohol flavor.
As good a white wine as I ever had@!

This has more of a fruity taste than most chardonnays. It tastes more like a mix between other varieties of wines, Good blend.

This was a very bitter and smokey tasting wine, not what I expected from the flyer (cherry, raspberry, plum, and mild herbal. I think the herbal took over - yuch!!
This was absolutely the worst red wine I have ever tasted. Very, very disappointed.

Excellent Syrah. We served it with cold London Broil, rice and fresh sweet corn.

Fruity and full body
Excellernt merlot which was matched up with barbecued lamb chops.
Paired very well with lasagna and eggplant parmesan.
Leans to the sweet end

Not bad if you let it sit in the glass at least 30 minutes to breathe.
Great clarity and a mouthful of flavors. Enjoyed with roast chicken & asparagus.
Has a hint of sweetness to it and not as heavey as a full bodied wine. Will definately try the recommended sea bass recipe that came with it!

Enjoyed both. But liked the Chardonnay best. shared with my daughter and although I prefer red wine, she too enjoyed the Chardonnay.

This makes a nice summer red. The blend is less heavy than pure Cabernet or Merlot.

This wine was an excellent choice for a dinner of Beef & Brocolli Stir Fry and also Beef Stroganoff. Not too intense. The tannin level was just right for these entres.
Fantastic wine. It paired well with baked chicken and roasted veggies. Won great reviews from our guests.
Very Californian! Complimented Spaghetti with garlic and clam sauce, garlic bread, and steamed asparagus very well.

A wonderful change of pace in white wine, a perfect complement to a chicken caesar salad, sharp cheese appetizers or a white sauce pasta dish.
Dry, palette-cleansing, smooth aftertaste. Excellent with shrimp & heavy-horseradish cocktail sauce!
Not as sweet, as i would like for it to have been. with all the berries that were in it. i did not taste any of them. Kinda tart.

One of the most enjoyable Sauvignon Blanc wines I have had. Smooth, tangy, acidic, refreshing. Lots of pineapple and some lime flavors come through. Nice long fruity finish
The suggestion to serve slightly chilled was perfect. Paired well with grilled chops.

Not any nose, ruby color nice, flavor is very unappealing with an unpleasant aftertaste.
Good wine albeit a little light on body. Pair it with poultry rather than beef.
