About Chardonnay

Relatively easy to grow in a variety of locations. Consistently produces some of the world's great white wines. Complex, full, rich and fruity with soft edges and moderate acidity. Offers rich and intense fruit flavors of apple, fig, melon, pear, peach, pineapple, along with creamy yeast spice, honey, butter and hazelnut flavors.

    Although I usually like spicy hearty red wines this wine is too pepper and has a distinct alcohol flavor.

    full bodied, beautiful deep, dark red color, definite hind of blueberry too much creamy, buttery flavor-not my ideal syrah.

    This has more of a fruity taste than most chardonnays. It tastes more like a mix between other varieties of wines, Good blend.

    This was a very bitter and smokey tasting wine, not what I expected from the flyer (cherry, raspberry, plum, and mild herbal. I think the herbal took over - yuch!!

    Has a hint of sweetness to it and not as heavey as a full bodied wine. Will definately try the recommended sea bass recipe that came with it!

    This makes a nice summer red. The blend is less heavy than pure Cabernet or Merlot.

    This wine was an excellent choice for a dinner of Beef & Brocolli Stir Fry and also Beef Stroganoff. Not too intense. The tannin level was just right for these entres.

    One of the most enjoyable Sauvignon Blanc wines I have had. Smooth, tangy, acidic, refreshing. Lots of pineapple and some lime flavors come through. Nice long fruity finish
