2000 Pietra Santa Cienega Valley Sassolino

Disappointing- had a slight vinegar taste- almost tasted like it turned-cork came out too easily.

Blackberry on the nose as the wine opens up. More earthy notes when fully open. Would go very nicely with a blue cheese-stuffed fillet mignon or balsamic vinaigrette marinaded portobello.
