About Zinfandel

California's own grape variety. Red Zinfandel (not to be confused with "white" Zinfandel) can produce full-bodied wines packed with ripe berry fruit and smooth tannins. Flavors of blackberries and spicy pepper.

it's a good $10 btl of wine and since we all can't drink the $50+ btls every nite--it's one for the cellar

This wine was smooth and impressive. A wine that tasted more than twice it's actual price and also paired well with many types of entre's.

Very smooth. Was even good on a very hot day in south Texas. A good summer red. Both a picky friend and my boyfriend who does not really enjoy wine both agreed.

I enjoyed the wine with a nice London broil and it went very well. It did not over power the flavor of the steak. I felt it was very smooth, did not have many tannins at all, so I would recommend drinking this wine soon.
