Very strong. Big Bite.
Poor quality wine. Debris in bottle. Bitter metalic taste. Did not improve after breathing.

It was very tasty w/ a slightly strong finish. It tasted better the next day. Went very well w/ fondue!
This was the only one of the 4 tasted that used oak barrels rather than stainless steal. Perhaps that where the body came from
we are not shiraz fans however we did appreciate its smoothness and variety of flavors

I did not care for this wine unfortunately.
Very nice aroma. Pleasant and smooth taste. Would buy more of this one but then we haven't found a Shiraz yet that we didn't like.

An excellent full bnodied wine, a delight from the openong to thelatterstages of breathing.
We've never found a Shiraz we've enjoyed, but this is the exception! Very pleasing to the palate.

Terrific table wine. Light, fruity with cherry, currant and spice (???maybe anise) mild tannins
great flavors, went well with hard cheese, salami sitting on deck with friends, doesn't get much better then this!!!

Great fruity tones...not too dry. Liked it even more after it had breated a bit longer and felt the black cherry and oak strongly on the pallette!

A very nice wine with great afternotes. Went will with roasted wild pork done on the grill.
It is slightly smokie and was great with ribs.
The Fire Station California Shiraz is very smooth and has an excellent flavor.
I don't know, but this wine was not very good. Was very peppery and did not have any of the potential flavors that it stated to have.
We love Shiraz and this was a very good one. Sorry you are out.

One of the worst wines I have ever tasted. All it tasted like was smoke. I never tasted the berry flavor it was to have. A very dissapointing start with the wine club.
Excellent bouquet. One of the best Shiraz's we have very tried!

Loved this! Went great with the pork chops I prepared. And I also liked it just shipping alone.
A hearty, substantial red that stood up to chile very well
Nose changed through out drinking. It had a smooth taste with a bit of a bite at the end. Average tasting though, to us anyways.

Smooth,balance mixture. Medium body. Nothing in particular stood out to me.

Excellent shiraz! Fantastic when paired with something spicy/flavorful/hearty. I had mine with spicy chicken parmesan.
