Not one of my favorites, had a very tart bitter taste.
Not bad, unfortunately I had to reseal the bottle and the next glass was a little ripe!

just an average, h0-hum Aussie Shiraz . . . had with a sirloin steak, brown rice & peaches.

Nice flavor, a bit of a strong "bite" aftertaste. I would try this again, or another by this vineyard.

I liked this a lot. It was a true Shiraz. Sometimes one gets a Shiraz that has a bit of a bite with it. This did not.Good choice.

The wine was fine the first day. We sealed it and went to finish the bottle the next day and found it quite poor.

This may have been the very best Shiraz I've ever tasted.
this wine was very light and had almost a sour taste. I would not encourage others to try.

I like red wines, my husband likes white. Even he enjoyed this wine.
Just way too tangy, like sour candy for kids. Doesn't go well with any food.

not sweet but pleasant, while a touch dry, still the fruit is present to taste with not even the hint of mold, i enjoyed every sip at variuos temperatures of the presentation.

WONDERFULLY DRY, YET PLEASING. TOO BAD THERE WASN'T A LARGER "CACHE" :(
I LIKE SOMETHING A LITTLE SWEETER.
Shiraz wines are not my favorite, so maybe my rating is somewhat negatively biased. I just thought it was a bit bland.
