Not smooth

I don't usually drink wine from Argentina but this was fairly good. Not great, but good.

Interesting mix of fruit and earth;would have liked it more if it were bold.

Was awfully strong. I had to add ice to dilute them down. Taste was good. I would not buy them.

Fruit flavor hit first and ended in a mellow flavor. Enjoyed it very much.

i ate cheese and crackers with this wine and enjoyed it. then we finished it with a shrimp veggie & pasta in a creamy vodka sauce

It's a very nice wine with a sweet dry flavor. I prefer a little. less dry, but its good.

Very smooth and mellow. Wonderful full non-red wine drinkers to learn to appreciate red wine. I would love another bottle.

I was unimpressed with this wine and felt that it didn't have a lot of body and was very simple.

Bonarda is a new grape for us. Our time in Italy has been largely Tuscany, and thus the Sangiovese Grape. But we like this Bonarda. We will do it again. TLM!

Wine had a terrible off taste. Like oxidation had taken place. Had been stored in refrigiated wine celler so storage was not the problem. Assume just a bad bottle of wine..I poured down the drain.

One of the worst red wines I have tasted. Very harsh and bitter. You taste way too much of the barrel, like drinking wood juice.

Nice full body without being overpowering.

When I opened this wine, I noticed the smell wasn't quite right. The taste was just as bad, and I'm convinced that the bottle had been corked. There was a vinegar taste to it and I poured it out. Every other wine has been so great that I'm fairly sure it was just an anomaly. Unfortunately, I can't rate the wine for this reason.

A bit mellow at first, but then it pops! Really enjoyed

Was unable to finish a glass even after attempting to let it breath for up to an hour. Used the remainder the bottle for cooking. This is not because the bottle was corked. Hints of asphalt and blackberry seeds.

Not bad a room temperature. It is a young wine with the flavor stay near the tip of ones tongue. A very light chill could improve or hurt its flavor.

This is nice light red wine which goes with anything.

Full flavor, yet smooth. Quite enjoyable

decent every day wine but I would not seek more. Hated 2005 rock gate sangiovesse barely drinkable.

Wine has a strong alcohol taste and very dry finish.

Not a rich quality red by any means - this is not a wine I would ever purchase again. I can select better wines at less cost at our local Costco!!

To dry, bitter, sour, no flavor, stong vinegar taste.

Being a person very familiar with Malbecs from Mendoza, I found this wine to be a bit of a disappointment. It lacked the nuances of the Malbec. Nonetheless, this wine is drinkable. Perhaps, it would have been better to wait a year or two instead of drinking it now.
