2006 Longstreet California Chenin Blanc

Excellent! Not dry and not sweet, a great sipping wine. I rate it A+.

Enjoyed the fruit flavors and aroma that came out.

AS PER USUAL, A FNE WINE, EXCELLENT IN ALL FACTIONS OF TASTE, COMPATIBILITY WITH FOODS. JUST A GREAT WINE TO SIT AND SIP..........: )

We haven't tried all the wines yet, but we are very impressed with what we have tried. Usuallly a chenin blanc is not one of our favorites, but this one went over very well. Thanks so much!

This is one of the best Chenin Blanc I have had. It goes perfectly with almost every fish dish as well as chicken dish I have made. I really enjoyed it.

I like what I call soft white and this wine was very pleasing.

I loved this and don't usually like white (too sweet) - pear flavors are lovely and it's light, not overly spicy, could pair with subtle flavors

I have never had Chenin Blanc before . . . this wine was delicious . . . I only wished I was enjoying it on a summer picnic instead of a cold Colorado evening . . . I will definitely purchase this wine in the future.

I didn't have with suggested food, and it took a couple of tastes to warm up to. There was more of a citrus taste than pear.

Fruity - nice and smooth

The taste of pear, citrus and buttery overtones made this the perfect wine paired with baked 'rock fish' and also inspired me to 'write and rate' this one. Exceptional quality!

It was really crisp and easy to drink

smelled lite and fruity. when tasting, it had a bit of tartness and a clean light taste. a very enjoyable white wine.

I loved the cool, crisp flavor of this wine, we at pork chops and apple sauce with this wine, it was delicious.

We enjoyed this wine very much a lot of flavor, enjoyed it alone and also with shrimp and linguine meal.

This wine was soooo very yummy. We enjoyed it before and with a meal of pork chops, applesauce, baked potatoes and green beans. I'm really becoming a white wine fan thanks to wines like this.

Pat rated it a 3 while I rated it a 2; dry but fruity; has a lingering after taste; was not pleasant to our taste
