About This Wine
When it’s football night in America, selecting the right wine can be a challenge.
On one side of the living room, you have family member who is planning to enjoy a nice white fish fillet with a twist of lemon. On the other side, you have a family member who’d much prefer to munch on chicken wings. You know who you are.
Could there possibly be a wine that would match perfectly with such different dishes? Or should you simply throw in the towel and pop open a beer? Well, the 2010 Chardonnay from Bramble Ridge Winery enables you to save the suds for another day, and have a delicious vinous experience with both fish and wings.
One caveat: The wings should not be of the “hot” variety, since they wouldn’t pair well with any wine. Opt for honey-flavored wings, and you’ll be able to live in harmony with your significant other — even if you’re rooting for different teams.
