Members will receive an introductory bonus of 2,000 miles, plus 100 miles for every bottle of wine purchased through this program, and five miles for every dollar spent on non-wine merchandise purchased from Vinesse. For miles to be awarded, member must provide their valid SkyMiles number at the time of purchase. Membership must be initiated on or before 10/15/2008. The wine club enrollment miles will be credited only after completion of first paid shipment. Miles will not be awarded on any returned or credited shipments. Please allow up to 8 weeks from the date of product shipment for miles to be posted to your account. |
| All wines are sold in California and title passes to the buyer in California. The buyer is solely responsible for the shipment of wines. By placing this order with us, you authorize Vinesse, Inc. to act on your behalf in processing this order, including engaging a common carrier to deliver it. Wines may be sold and delivered only to persons who are at least 21 years of age and in placing your order you represent to us that you are at least 21 years old. When your wines are delivered, the person receiving delivery will be required to show identification proving that he or she is at least 21 years of age. All offers are void where prohibited by law and void to everyone under 21 years old. |
| Miles will be awarded through a rebate identified at the activation of each wine club membership, which will include cash (cents off) and miles options. After a customer chooses to receive Delta Miles by selecting that option during sign up, Vinesse will redeem their rebate upon each shipment with miles to their Delta SkyMiles® account. |
