We are only satisfied when you are. Taste in wine is uniquely personal, and varies widely among individuals, but the wines we ship all exceed our high quality, value, variety, and interest criteria.
We guarantee not just our wines, but your satisfaction. Our policy is simple. If, for any reason, you don't enjoy a wine or other product you receive from us, call us within 30 days and we'll replace or refund your purchase.

When you visit our site, we do not collect your name, email address or any other personal information unless you provide it to us.
We send the Vinesse CyberCircle newsletter—our email update on wine news, membership benefits and limited-release wine opportunities—to members who request it.

Return Policy
We pride ourselves on our fair return policy. Here are some important details.
Because many of the wines we offer are hard to find, rare and in limited supply, all orders are subject to availability and quantity limitation. We reserve the right to replace orders with similar wines based on varietals and vintage of equal or greater value. If no suitable substitute wine is available, we will issue a refund instead.
We cannot accept returns of opened wine or of items with missing or damaged components.
Vinesse cannot be responsible for items returned due to relocation or travel that we do not know about ahead of time. Wines returned as non-deliverable will result in the issuance of a credit voucher for the purchase price, less shipping & handling. Please allow 14 days for all credits.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for wine within the continental U.S. are applied using the following rates and will appear in the shopping cart before you complete your transaction. The carrier and service speed may vary by state and time of year. The shipments will be delivered by UPS Ground or Golden State Overnight. An additional surcharge will be added to all deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii. New Hampshire state sales tax will be added to all products shipped into New Hampshire.
All carriers specify that wine orders require a person at least 21 years of age sign for your delivery. The use of a business address can help expedite delivery by a day and often makes the signature requirement easier.
For all wines, pricing is applied per bottle according to the chart below. Quantities listed represent box sizes used for shipping. For quantities not listed, go to next higher quantity. Quantities over 12 will ship in two or more boxes.

Delivery Dates
Wine orders and new wine club memberships will be processed immediately upon receipt. The package will usually leave our warehouse within a day of receiving the order.

Terms of The Sale
What are the terms of the sale? All wines are sold in California and title passes to the buyer in California. We make no representations to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import alcoholic beverages into any state outside of California. The buyer is solely responsible for the shipment of wines. By placing this order with us, you authorize Vinesse, Inc. to act on your behalf in processing this order, including engaging a common carrier to deliver it. Wines may be sold and delivered only to persons who are at least 21 years of age, and in placing your order you represent to us that you are at least 21 years old. When your wines are delivered, the person receiving delivery will be required to show identification proving that he or she is at least 21 years of age. All offers are void where prohibited by law and void to everyone under 21 years old.
