For miles to be awarded, member must provide their valid Midwest Miles account number at the time of purchase. The wine club enrollment miles will be credited only after completion of first paid shipment. Miles will not be awarded on any returned or credited shipments. Please allow up to 8 weeks from the date of product shipment for miles to be posted to your account. Enrollment bonus only one per household. Cannot be combined with any other offer. Enrollment bonus miles not valid on gift memberships. Must be an active member for at least 21 days to receive enrollment points.

All wines are sold in California and title passes to the buyer in California. The buyer is solely responsible for the shipment of wines. Wines may be sold and delivered only to persons who are at least 21 years of age and in placing your order you represent to us that you are at least 21 years old. When your wines are delivered, the person receiving delivery will be required to show identification proving that he or she is at least 21 years of age.
