Points will not be awarded on any returned or credited shipments. Please allow up to 8 weeks from the date of product shipment for points to be posted to your account. All wines are sold in California and title passes to the buyer in California. The buyer is solely responsible for the shipment of wines. By placing this order with us, you authorize Vinesse to act on your behalf in processing this order, including engaging a common carrier to deliver it. Wines may be sold and delivered only to persons who are at least 21 years of age and in placing your order you represent to us that you are at least 21 years old. When your wines are delivered, the person receiving delivery will be required to show identification proving that he or she is at least 21 years of age. All offers are void where prohibited by law and void to everyone under 21 years old.

Because many of the wines we offer are hard to find, rare and in limited supply, all orders are subject to availability and quantity limitation. We reserve the right to replace orders with similar wines based on varietals and vintage of equal or greater value.
