Starmont has long been an integral part of the Merryvale winery. First led by the Starmont Chardonnay and delivering high-quality Carneros and Napa Valley wines of various varieties, the label complemented the venerable Merryvale portfolio. For a decade and a half, the two brands shared space at Merryvale’s St. Helena facility, until Starmont moved into its own space on a portion of the historic Carneros Stanly Ranch in 2005.
