About This Wine
You don’t need a special occasion to open a bottle of Aurelia Cellars Cabernet Sauvignon.
But if you have a special occasion coming up, this certainly would be a worthy wine with which to celebrate. Cabernet Sauvignon is generally considered the most “noble” of all red wine varieties, and Aurelia Cellars crafts a reliably engaging rendition each vintage.
Tapping vineyard sources in several of California’s top growing regions for Cabernet Sauvignon, Aurelia’s vintner crafts a true “California cuvee” that also includes small amounts of other red varieties that enhance the aroma and flavor spectrum for greater complexity.
What the 2015 vintage does not possess are the sometimes “bracing” tannins associated with the variety. Those were expertly blended out, leaving us with a wine that can be enjoyed without the need for extended aging. In other words, it’s a wine that you can open and enjoy with your next celebration.

We've tried it with Cabernet Sauvignon as the recipe calls for, as well as Merlot, Primitivo, Cabernet Franc and Zinfandel... and every time, it turns out delicious! It's best made with an ice cream maker, and if you have such a machine, it's extremely easy to assemble. Enjoy! Get The Recipe
