About This Wine:
The vineyard is situated on the edge of the Coastal Mountain Range in the area of San Antonio, about 7.5 miles from the Pacific Ocean. There are pronounced differences in temperature between day and night, with an average low of 43 degrees and an average high of 73.
The valley has a Mediterranean-like climate with fairly wet winters, along with dry and warm summers. On most days there’s fog in the morning and moderate winds in the afternoon. enabling the grapes to develop more acidity — a crucial factor for quality white wines.
“Our Reserva Pinot Gris is pale yellow in color, with an intense aromatic expression of flowers and white fruits,” says winemaker Carolina França. “The mouth is fresh and smooth, with fruit flavors, vibrant acidity, a citric character and a long finish.” It’s lightly sweet and a delight to drink.
