About This Wine:

Aussie wines were exploding in popularity, and there needed to be a better way for vintners to take advantage of the growing number of vineyard sources. The area spans the southeastern third of Australia, including all of New South Wales, Victoria, Tasmania and the Australian Capital Territory.

The area demonstrates huge diversity in topography, climate and latitudes. This makes possible the growing of a great number of grape varieties, and has enabled Shiraz — a.k.a. Syrah — to emerge as the country’s leading red variety.

By blending juice from a number of acclaimed South Eastern Australia vineyards, the Dreamtime vintner was able to craft a quintessential rendition of the variety. With floral notes, fruitful flavors and even a hint of chocolate, it’s an absolutely delicious wine. The 2019 vintage is reminiscent of the Shiraz bottlings that made the variety so famous.
