About This Wine:

A truly expressive Aussie Cabernet Sauvignon Shiraz wine accented with mature dark fruits (black currant, black cherry) and nuanced with dusty, rounded oak tannins of cocoa, eucalyptus, cedar and hints of cardamom and kissed with lively acidity and wet stone minerality, providing a very lengthy finish to this semitransparent ruby red blend with purplish hues.

This wine is delicious in the glass now, as it was crafted with tender appreciation for detail, although it will certainly appreciate with age. It is a perfect pairing partner with red meat dishes and a delight to enjoy alongside your favorite meals.

When in the glass, the Bremerton Cabernet Shiraz was described as one of the "smoothest-blends" that the tasting team had enjoyed this year, a true delight. We were able to secure just enough of it, and we expect it to be gone within days.
