The Rack & Riddle Blanc de Noirs is such a wine. Made in the methode Champenoise style, it shows off bright fruit flavors and acid, perfectly balanced for a refreshing impression. This makes sense considering Sonoma is known for exceptional Pinot Noir, the only variety used in crafting a Blanc de Noirs wine.
Pour a glass, lift it to your nose and breathe in the brioche, berry and citrus aromas. The fine mousse then brings along those notes in the mouth, all leading to a lingering citrus finish that begs for another sip. No wonder it was the sparkling wine sweepstakes winner in the 2018 San Francisco Wine Competition.
