2020 El Tiburon Paso Robles, California Malbec

Like Cabernet Sauvignon, America’s favorite red wine, Malbec can be really big on the palate. The 2020 Malbec from El Tiburon, for instance, shows huge weight when taken into the mouth. But unlike Cabernet Sauvignon, it doesn’t possess the sometimes-harsh tannins that can be a bit hot in the back end.
