Wines In Sampler:

2019 Firesteed Willamette Valley Pinot Noir 2019 Firesteed Willamette Valley Pinot Noir
The 2019 Firesteed Pinot certainly evokes a Burgundian profile with its earthy and mineral-driven personality. Its silky texture provides a pillow for the big cherry and cranberry fruit flavors, complemented by earth and oak notes. Raise a glass and toast a true Oregon Pinot pioneer.
2019 Corvidae Rook Washington Merlot 2019 Corvidae Rook Washington Merlot
The Corvidae “Rook” was made to showcase the world-class Merlot grapes that are grown in cooler, higher elevation sites in Washington’s Columbia Valley. The wine was aged in mostly neutral French oak barrels to keep the bright fruit flavors lively. The cuvee is crisply textured, balanced by fine-grained tannins and a rich, soft mid-palate.
2019 Corvidae Mirth Washington Chardonnay 2019 Corvidae Mirth Washington Chardonnay
The 2019 Cordivae “Mirth” Chardonnay is floral, fruitful and varietal — a delicious expression of Pacific Northwest terroir.
