2019 Corvidae Rook Washington Merlot 2019 Corvidae Rook Washington Merlot
The Corvidae “Rook” was made to showcase the world-class Merlot grapes that are grown in cooler, higher elevation sites in Washington’s Columbia Valley. The wine was aged in mostly neutral French oak barrels to keep the bright fruit flavors lively. The cuvee is crisply textured, balanced by fine-grained tannins and a rich, soft mid-palate.
